After a late Saturday night phone call Rob came around the very next morning exactly as he said and at the time he said. He immediately proceeded to work without delay in a professional and efficient manner. The drains were successfully cleared, he went over and above to make sure all was well. I would recommend these guys to anyone for an honest, reliable and efficient service.

If you have ever needed a job doing on Anglesey you will know how hard it is to get someone to come and look at the job and even harder to get them to come back to actually do the job. What a breath of fresh air NW Drainage Solutions are. After contacting and speaking to Rob with our problem he came the same day to survey the area and explained what the problem might be, how they would do the initial inspection work and what the cost would be. NW D S came back the next day and did the exploratory work which immediately flagged up the problem. Again Rob explained what work was needed, how it could done and the costs. The job involved going on to a neighbours land and Rob contacted him to explain the situation and gave him the reassurance that the work would be done properly and professionally. Less than a week later the job was completed and you would not know they had been but for the fact Rob did show us what he had done before filling in and finishing the job. NW Drainage Solutions are a very honest, friendly and professional company and i would highly recommend them to anyone. Many thanks to Rob and his team.
