I tried to ask for a repairment and the assistant has been quite rude saying that my bag is too old: if the quality is good time should be not an issue but clearly is not the case of Samsonite&Co. So I moved on the new but the shop doesn't have anything interesting and the prices are not convenient at all.

Personale cortese, assortimento abbastanza ampio, prezzi da outlet, parcheggio adiacente l'ingresso. Mi sono trovato veramente bene, ho trovato ciò che cercavo, ed anche qualcosa in più che non era in preventivo. Ne ha approfittato anche mia moglie.

Assolutamente scarsa la professionalità della commessa. Interessata più a partire che a vendere. Stavo comprando una valigia da 400 euro ma essendo a 5 minuti dalla chiusura sono stato trattato in malo modo. Risultato ? Ho acquistato a Milano
