Friendly staff and members, great yoga community, wide variety of group classes, two pools (outdoor open in summer months), and wonderful community activities. Great place for kids, adults, and families. Welcoming to all!
Kevin is the best trainer ever! I love being in his class because he always got a smile on his face and engaging everyone!
Was able to workout myself, have the babies in child watch and my 15yr old son play basketball!
The Ymca is a fun place to go if you need to work out or if you want you can swing there is a hot tub for grow up only and a stem room
