Always prompt and professional. They also treat their vendors (restaurants) fairly and they don't gouge with fees. This is the best option for local food delivery!

Best delivery service serving the 352 area code. The new website is on par with the functionality and convenience of larger national food delivery businesses, the delivery fees are fair and distance-based, and they are quite fast. The thing that sets them apart is their fantastic customer service, far above the rest of the competition. I have never had a problem that I couldn't get resolved with a quick and painless phone call, and their drivers have been very friendly and accommodating. I switched over from Bite Squad and have not looked back since, even before the website upgrades.

I knew something wasn't right when I called up about my order, I knew that it wasn't registered with the restaurant or the delivery service, and after I hung up with 352 Delivery service, after waiting close to an hour, I finally recieved notifications that my order would be arriving by 8:44pm. My order arrived by 9:12pm. This is the last and only time I used and will use 352 Delivery. I'm sad about it. I wanted a better experience.

I placed an order at 11:42 and after an hour had passed they said the restaurant was just putting in the order and they apologized and said that I would have to wait about 8 more minutes for my driver to drop it off. Then my driver texts me and says she’ll be another almost 15 minutes which was way more than the estimated time given. The customer service rep seemed very uninterested in what I was saying and kept repeating it was nothing he could do my driver was on the way even after I had been polite and waited until 1pm and my break was already over. My driver was sweet but, the customer service was poor and unexceptable especially for people have already paid and tipped.
