I took my practically new Dell computer to this man whom I had other dealings with thinking I would get the same help...NOT! The only thing that was wrong with my laptop was the charge port. Not only did he have my laptop for 3 weeks but tried to tell me it was something wrong with the motherboard. He claims he fixed the plug and that the laptop will work if kept plugged in WRONG! I will not be going back, save your money and go to Feel squad. 100 wasted!

My sister took in her MacBook Pro 2017 to get repaired so she can give it to me and instead they kept it and sold it without telling her. Now I'm without a laptop because we can't afford to buy a new computer. We paid 1300 for a computer that was ultimately stolen by these con artists who made a profit off of my sister's property. Do not come to these thieves.

Reasonable rates, good service and communication. The reason I would not give 5 stars is his hours seem to be not at all what is advertised. Other than that work done is great.
