Dr. Trish McCoy is wonderful. She is the most considerate and caring doctor. Her staff is also incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

The absolute WORST customer service! Lue or Lu which is the being that answers the phone for Dr. McCoy is extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked to speak to her manager/owner, she laughed and made fun of the fact it was a private practice and there is no one above Dr. McCoy. I hope the owner/doctor of this office realizes what a horrible member they have working there. I would stay away from this office at all costs. No wonder they have such a low rating. Just terrible!

I received a call back from Lu Woods and she was extremely brusque and I felt rushed. She was not very courteous. I decided to go elsewhere.
