Horrible! I have rented with them so many times but never again. During my most recent rental, I took the vehicle and returned it in the same condition I had received with full gas tank and before time. Got an email next day saying there is a damage for which I am responsible and slapped me with a bill. Additionally the numbers in the invoice don't even add up to the total amount. Have called them 4 times within last 30 days and sent email. Sometimes they say another adjuster will call you within 24-48hrs (no call received and it has been 3 weeks), sometimes they say we will send the invoice to the garage to re-confirm. But still they just keep repeating on the call and send emails saying I am responsible and I should pay up for the damage I did not even do and whose numbers don't even add up. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing. Will NEVER EVER rent with them.

I rented the cheapest Nissan Sentra they had and completely expected a bare bones car but it came nearly fully loaded! The most surprising feature was the adaptive cruise control which was very nice for our long drive. Handling was good and alignment was perfect which helped a lot too. Not sure if this is Alamo's doing or Nissan (to advertise the car and feature) but regardless it would make me come back. Service was quick and easy. Attendant was friendly. Only tack off a star because renting from GNV is quite more expensive than other airports I've rented from.

Worst service I have ever seen in my life. I made a reservation for a car and when I arrived they told me that they didn’t have any cars available for the day.
