Our ten year old Kenmore canister was in need of a good cleaning. All Vacuum delivered! Our ride from Grayson to Gainesville was well worth the travel to get such a good job on this machine. My wife is estatic! Thank you Jack and Roger. Luther & Janet

We purchased a Simplicity canister several years ago. Surprised at the cost of vacuums. Had been in the small store many times purchasing sweeper bags, or repair for an older vacuum. My wife was \talked into\ purchasing a new sweeper. She chose a Simplicity canister. We liked the automatic rewind of AC cord, but under warranty, the rewind mechanism broke after several months of use. Tried for All Vacuum-Jacks to repair, or send back. They rudely said it was MY fault, but would send it back, & replace mechanism. We did nothing but pull out the cord, or place it back in. Not rocket science. Our vacuum sat in the store for weeks and nothing was sent or repaired. The owner-salesman continued with lame excuses, but we needed our vacuum. I finally had to pick it up un-repaired. Sadly we have never been back to the store, and never will. We decided to purchase needed bags through Amazon instead, and rewind this 500 machine cord by hand. This unprofessional establishment, decades locally owned, had no intentions of repairing the cord. Sad, they lost all future business or the many recommendations possible, but decided being rude was the answer to an established client.

My son and I went in there to try and have our vacuum looked at to be fixed, I was trying to teach my kid that fixing what you have is better than just replacing it if you can. When we walked in he told us he doesn't work on those and I kindly tried to explain we were sent there by a sears employee but I was cut off by them. We left, went online and researched the part, bought it and then spent a Saturday morning replacing the motor. It was plug and play and required nothing more than youtube and a screwdriver. Total spent was 25 for the part and it is back to a great working vacuum. I am glad they were rude as my son is super proud that we didn't need them and fixed it ourselves!

Good line of vacuums. Pricey though.
