As a realtor I was very skeptical of builders. My husband and I met with a couple of them and after reviewing their contract it seamed that they could increase the price of our home during the build. Then I met with America's Home Place. They had fixed prices on all their models and after pricing out a few flooring upgrades they locked us into a fixed price contract. Our project manager was Denton. He kept us updated through the build process and made some wonderful suggestions. Most importantly he listened to my concerns and always followed up with everything we discussed. We recently moved into our beautiful home and he hasn't stop calling to check up on us. I highly recommend America's Home Place and the team in Gainesville Florida.

My wife and I were looking to build our first home a few months ago. We found America’s Home Place on line, and from the very first day, they were nothing short of amazing to us. Conney helped us over the phone when we were first interested in pricing the homes, Alex helped us with all of our questions, helped us pick our home, and all of the details, and Bob put it all together for us and built us our beautiful dream home. We were so nervous because you don’t hear many good things about the building/buying process of homes.. but, these people were/are great!! They made everything so easy for us! We are so glad we chose them to build our very first home.
