I reserved and paid for a full size car as my parents are older and handicapped and no full size car was available. I was given an Economy car which made our day absolutely horrible with my parents getting in-and-out of it with a wheelchair and a Walker. This isn't the first time ice had issues with avis but it will absolutely be the last time I will do any business with this company. I spent 2hrs on the phone with no less than 5 people with no help what soever. No customer service at all

What a great place. Michael was my service manager, what a caring and honest person. My car was gone beyond repair even though they wouldn’t make money he bent over backwards to help me. I would recommend this place to anybody over any other place. Thank you a Action Gator tire

I spoke with two different people who said I could use a credit card in my husband's name. I had to drive all the way back to my bank to get a card printed in my name. It was very frustrating.

This location has a rude and professional African-American lady working at the front counter I’ve rented cars previously in Jacksonville and will continue to do so, I had heard that the lady at the front counter had tried to charge additional fee if the gas meter is a tad bit under the full level so I took pictures before and after I return my car and I over filled my tank to avoid and charges, and 2 days later I got an additional charge for my gas not being at the correct level. I submitted the before and after pictures with the timestamp to Avis and they refunded my money, but if I didn’t have my pictures it would’ve been her word against mine. Please be cautious when renting from the airport in Gainesville. Something need to be done to protect the customer experience.
