Timothy was extremely helpful and they hand the fastest delivery if any major appliance store in Hall county.
I was doing a curb side pickup, and it did take awhile. My son had ordered a Nintendo Switch, and there was some sort of computer error, it took almost 30 minutes to complete the process. There was no communication from the store, until they delivered the product to the car, sorry this took so long. The product was in excellent condition and the box was undamaged. It would have been nice if someone had at least stopped by to let me know there was a minor concern
Quarantined parking lot! They blocked the flow of traffic in front of their store. In my opinion this is a hazard. They have placed vehicles blocking access and limiting other business's patrons.
