There is almost always a mistake with the order and because you cannot change your tip after the order there is no incentive for the driver to do better. All they have to do is take 30 seconds to review the order to assure the restaurant has fulfilled the order correctly, but apparently that’s not possible. I’m starting to wonder if there’s a kickback to drivers from restaurants who save money by not preparing the food and pocket your money.

Google really needs to had a 'no star' option. A complete joke. The girl who delivered my food had the box upside down (you're welcome for the 20% tip). The food and service was extremely poor. Requested a refund and only received a refund to my bite squad account - something I never asked for and would never ask for. I requested a refund to my account and was told by the supervisor that it was something they could not do. Such a waste of time and money. The photo below is exactly how the food was delivered. Also, I know what you are thinking... who orders a hot dog BUT I did.
Used to order multiple times a week. Even with free delivery the fees are ridiculously high. Youre better off picking up or using another delivery service. AVOID THIS SERVICE COMPANY!
I am so upset about the customer service I received today. I love Volcanic Sushi's but Bite spuad and the restaurant did not help me at all. I do admit I made a human error and ordered the wrong item. As soon as I received my order I call'ed both of them and they did not care. I wasn't even asking for a refund I just really wanted the correct food. I told them I would even bring it to the restaurant to show I did not eat what I received. But NO I HAD TO MAKE A KNEW ORDER AND PAY BITE SQUAD AGAIN IF I WANTED MY FOOD!
This company makes Comcast look like they're on fleek. The question is, "What is the definition of poor customer service?" The answer to this question is BiteSquad. Let me tell you why. First, our food was delivered hours late! Second, our food was delivered cold and sad. The animals that died for this cause are crying in their graves because they know their meat was desecrated. Just look at this picture... it's disgusting. It looks like someone had an unfortunate encounter with s sugar-free Haribo gummy bear. The manager was insulting and refused to offer anything for the hassle. Now my house smells like rotten food... thanks BiteSquad for the new air freshener.
Bite squad is a joke. It’s great when they actually function, but when they don’t, it is absolutely terrible. Placed an order that was supposed to arrive within 40 minutes. I never count that as a definite as I’ve ordered with them before and I know that you can’t factor in how busy the restaurant is or the traffic...but after waiting 2 hours to then receiving a text saying the driver was nearby, but looking at the map showing them in a completely different area, and then seeing that it says order delivered when I received nothing was the last straw. I tried to contact their customer support plenty of times, yet it wasn’t working once again. And all they could say was let me call the restaurant. I had to demand a refund. Demand that my unlimited delivery subscription be cancelled and demand that my promo code that I earned from using their services was restored since I already paid for this month. After all of that...no one could still tell me what happened to my order!!! So I give them one star, because it’s great for convenience, but trash because 90% of the time it doesn’t live up to ya expectations.
They used to have amazing customer service when they first started, but now it is absolutely terrible. It’s a shame because the drivers are doing their absolute best but the company itself is awful. Makes me wonder what they did to cause an employee to set the building on fire.
Place is horrible. Ordered food for a birthday party. Order said it was delivered on the app but never arrived. Can’t call them have to wait 30 minutes on a live chat to talk to someone. Person on chat said food was 10 minutes away. An hour later food still not there. Do chat again. Person on chat says that driver claims to have knocked on door and waited 10 minutes and left. Driver is a liar. There were 7 people waiting by the door for the food to get there. Then the person on chat says they cannot refund money even though we never got food! Are you kidding me?? No problem I’ll just do a chargeback and get my money back and let everyone in my Gainesville BNI groups and chamber of commerce meetings how bitesquad does business and to make sure they us 352 delivery instead.
