Managing a rental property from a distance presents challenges. I have to give kudos to Bosshardt Property Management's Community Association Management division, specifically Michael Ciccarone, CAM, for assisting me over the years with any number of questions, concerns and issues regarding the condominium community our investment property is located in. Answers to all my queries- maintenance issues, policies, procedures, etc. have consistently been handled quickly, thoroughly and professionally. We're hoping to close on the sale of the property soon, and Michael and Bosshardt have helpful preparing for that as well.

The worst from the beginning, accounting, homeowner concerns are deflected. I have owned my home in this community just over a year and we are now on our 3rd CAM manager. The place looks like it has no HOA or CAM mgr. or rules of any kind
