Great food. Been eating here for years. Only issue is the prices have become far too high. Used to be able to get a beef and cheese, a spicy beef Patty, coco bread and a drink for around 7 dollars. Now a beef and cheese alone is almost 4 dollars after tax. I would go here every day if it was as affordable as it used to be. Additionally, my favorite item is the turkey and cheese Patty, which is listed on the menu. Yet at no time over the last two years since they have opened their new location have they once had it available.

New location. Same owner. Expanded menu. Delicious. First time I ever had goat was at the university ave location back in the late 80s. Every bit as good today as it was back then.

I received great service from the 2 young ladies that assisted me. Food was good also. A bit expensive though for the portion size.

We followed our nose and ended up eating here for lunch. What a treat it was. The owner Chris and the rest of the crew were extremely accommodating as well as inviting. This is a one off, family owned restaurant with a limited specialty menu. This is a good thing because quality, efficiency and prices suffer when there are too many items on a menu. Too many restaurants make this tragic mistake. Having an extensive culinary background myself, I believe they are doing an excellent job. We ordered the large jerk chicken plate and a beef patty. The price was very reasonable and it fed two of us well. Please note I was anxious and ate some of the chicken before I took the picture. The large comes w/two drumsticks and two thighs.
