We were in need of help with my mother, and Angie and her people came to our aid immediately. The caregivers were not only helpful and professional, but they showed genuine concern for everyone in our family. And I cannot say enough about Angie. She went far beyond scheduling capable and caring people. She helped us out in many ways that were above expectations, and was more like a friend or family member. She is a one-of-a-kind person. I would highly recommend these people to anyone in need of assistance. You cannot do better.

We needed help with my 90 year old mother after a hospital stay and a horrible experience at a local rehabilitation center. There is no place like home. The office staff have been very helpful and quickly helped us receive care-givers to come into my mother's home and help! They were able to give us caregivers that my mom could understand (she wears hearing aids and has a hard time understanding heavy accents). They were also able to work with us on a schedule that isn't always the same. One of the office staff comes to the house to introduce all new caregivers which is a huge plus and makes my mom feel more secure and safe. Making sure your loved ones feel safe is key. The caregivers have been good to my mom and that's the bottom line. Thank you for all your help!

We are using this care company for a loved one. I feel like they are part of our family too! Their responsiveness is excellent. I love the online protected notes too (helpful when family is across the country) and the regular visits and calls by their care coordinators to make sure everything is going well. Our loved one is well cared for and enjoys being with the caregivers. We have used another company before. When I started looking for home care for my mother with dementia, I didn't even know where to start. When I contacted Caring Senior Service, my mind was put at ease. When we had the initial consult, we were greeted by compassionate and caring staff. Erin was so kind and understanding. When my mother declined rapidly and we had to increase her level of care, they were there immediately with a solution. I have been completely satisfied with the services we have received, even with a few hiccups from my mothers dementia progression. I highly recommend this service for in home care for a loved one.
