Ariel was my salesman. Honestly, the level of knowledge he shared with me is worth 5 stars itself. I've owned a Cadillac for many years and never knew some of these things he shared today. He was patient, personable, and VERY respectful on top of that. The GSM was awesome as well. I will definitely return for business. Thank you guys very much!!

Every time I go to Davis Cadillac for service, I leave wondering how they’re still in business. I have never felt like a customer whose business was wanted there. My service advisor is beyond rude, and the service manager wasn’t much better. This year, I have spent nearly 1,000 on various work suggested to fix my rough shifting transmission with no success, only to be told finally that’s just the way it is supposed to shift. I have given this “service” department more chances than make sense, and I will not be back. The more I talk to Gainesville friends who own Cadillacs, the more I realize I’m not alone in this series of awful experiences.

I live an hour and a half away from the dealership and wanted to do a deal mostly over the phone. We came to an agreement, I sent pictures of my trade and they had me look at pics on their website. When I arrived, they showed me a completely different vehicle. When I explained that this wasn’t what we agreed upon, they then brought up the correct vehicle and proceeded to let me test drive it and go through the motions for another two hours before they told my salesperson to go home and then told me that they couldn’t do the deal the promised on that specific vehicle. I had three children with me, including a 10 month old and the entire day was wasted. I will never buy from this dealership and i absolutely would not recommend. Awful customer service. I should also mention that the price they quoted me from the beginning was the same price as the actual car I was looking at - so it should have been an easy fix. But they told me they would give me 8k less for my trade on the one I actually wanted. I have text messages with the sales person showing the exact car I asked them to quote me - a luxury premium Cadillac Escalade and what they brought me was just a luxury. I really feel like they were hoping I was too stupid to notice. So furious.
