The entire crew was simply great! Friendly staff, helpful, positive attitude. Was in and out at no time at all. Amazing vehicle, a 5k miles 2018 F150 Lariat 4x4 Crew Cab with leather air cooled seats. So nice I didn't want to return it. Will be back for all my rental needs.
The car was absolutely spotless very clean thoroughly very pleasant and a very comfortable Vehicles the staff at both locations Cleveland Georgia and Gainesville Georgia were absolutely superb very friendly answered every question to the point walk you through everything on the cars and explained everything in great detail. I highly recommend Enterprise Porsche or to everybody at work and home they're absolutely nice well-maintained cars. I would definitely say Enterprise is top-notch with your vehicles very well-maintained and I give you five stars for sure and I like to thank you very much for an awesome experience with you. Who will be seeing my business again absolutely. Thank you very much for the great experience.
My girlfriend's car had major issues last week and had to be towed to a nearby dealer. While Enterprise appears to not be \picking you up\ right now due to Covid, they still have great customer service. I was able to reserve a car via phone and then 15 minutes later arrive on location and pick it up. They were more than happy to refund some money when I returned it early. Service was quick and friendly and would use again and recommend.
