Well.. Lets see. I had an appointment and i showed up 10 minutes early. Thirty minutes 25 minutes after my appointment time they take my car in. Finally. Then 50 minutes later my cars oil change is finally done. What was the use in an appointment time. My time is important but no discounts for wasting my time. Good luck with timely service. Personal customer service was good. Store was clean.

Went here to get my tires replaced. I already had to tires and just needed them installed. They gave me a fair price. The next day, however, my car wouldn't start. Being a bit of a skeptical person, I could not help but think something was fishy. I called them back and they said to bring the car back. I got my car jumped and brought it back. They tested the battery, alternator, and the starter and told me there were no issues and suggested I may have just left a light on. I have to agree as I saw the readings and they were indeed normal. I was provided the service at no additional charge, which was a great relief. Overall I have had a very positive experience with this Firestone and intend on coming back for my next service.

Severely overpriced. 750 just to get 2 rotors, a caliper, and brake pads to get changed. 180 in parts if you price it out at a parts store, but for some reason there’s 600 in labor at this place. Didn’t ask for my opinion on the parts they bought, automatically gave me all the top-tier parts (which are marked up) and it cost me a fortune. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Checking tire prices and the fantastic customer service rep was so helpful. She was amazing. Will be buying my new tires from Firestone because of her great service.
