I've been a customer with Grace Jewelers for years. The customer care really makes you feel like family. It's a pleasure doing business with this company. The family atmosphere gives you a feeling of having your own personal jewelers. The personal feel is just what you need when you purchase a special piece for that special someone. I've named the owner Grace because he gracefully takes care of all your jewelry needs. I've purchased very nice pieces from Grace and had a lot of my old pieces repaired. I can only say that giving a score of five stars ***** is not a rating high enough for this company. The quality and customer care exceeds my expectations each time I purchase jewelry from Grace Jewelers. I highly recommend this establishment. Thank you Grace!

The staff was very professional and friendly, the service provided was reasonably priced, and my wife was very pleased with the final product. Being new to the Bristow area and wanting to find a jeweler, I found Grace Jewelers in the Gateway plaza. I entered and was greeted with a smile. All I really needed was a watch battery. With Christmas on the way I decided to take a look at a pair of earrings for my wife. I was led to the perfect pair with a great price for my wife due in April of next year. She loves them, thanks so much! If you’re looking for that unique piece with the service and support of a small business, look no further!

Their jewelry was not my girlfriends style.. everything was bulky and gaudy. Met with designer to make a custom ring. He was too rushed and took my request in less than 3 minutes. Needless to say the design I got back looked like he had spent 3 minutes on it. Was not a memorable experience so I went elsewhere
