Great place to get robbed. Do not recommend. Staff was nice enough, but it's just a shake down for tax payer money.

My name is Charles Richards and I drive for DoorDash and me and my wife had a delivery today on 10/29/2019 around 12:30 at the Hall County Courthouse and I have never been treated with this kind of disrespect that the front desk Officers showed us today. They give good Cops a VERY VERY bad name. i just wanna warm anybody that may visit the hall county jail. Be careful. Because they nearly made me strip to go through the metal detector.

Called Probate Clerk to secure copy of Marriage License for daughter to renew her drivers license. The Clerk I spoke with (Glory) could not have been more pleasant and helpful. She informed me she would have document pulled and ready for pick up, exact cost of certified copy, added cost if credit card used for payment, exact location of office including address. You cannot ask for more friendly, professional customer service than this.

After being directed to 3 separate offices in 3 separate buildings and locations I finally found the correct location for the information i needed. Hannah Aldrich and Preston were less than welcoming. Upon entering the room in was shouted at 'What can I help you with!' . I explained my case and Preston just glanced over dismissively. I took a seat and was waiting when Hannah shouts the same question at me. Again I explained my needs and she mockingly asked if I knew the price per page? I was confused at the jest but it seemed to be par for the course. My suggestion is to make all the files digital and stop making job positions for those that are clearly unqualified to work at a 7-11
