If I could give zero stars I would!!! The associate opened a costume bag so I could look at it (because they didn’t have no fitting rooms and they dont accept returns....?!) when he opened it, the entire one piece had holes, tears, stains and pieces of the superhero logo were peeling off! The costume was old and clearly used. The associate didn’t seem surprised and offered no solution other than checking another bag only to find the SAME PROBLEM! THEN I hear him talking to another associate about how hot a girl was when she asked if the size she picked would fit her...WTH NEVER GOING BACK TO THESE CREEPS
No warning about "all sales final, no returns... no exchanges" it only shows up on the reciept and then its too late. The packaging is confusing, I thought I purchased a medium but ended up with an extra large. I thought maybe I'll just sell it on ebay, come to find out it sells for half the price online. I was not on my game today, should have know better when my kids pointed out that half of the masks were cracked. Go somewhere else!
Wow, so much better than the Spirit Halloween Store a block away. Much better organized and had a better selection of costumes/accessories. Staff was very friendly and helped me find all the accessories I need to complete my outfit. NO LINE TO CHECK OUT!!!! Loved this place, go here instead of Spirit, has the same or similar (lots of Leg Avenue costumes)costumes and much cleaner. Wish I had came here first, but thankful they had the accessories to finalize my outfit.
We had a really wonderful experience here! It was so organized and the staff provided excellent customer service. They helped us figure out how to make our costume ideas work and even looked online at Amazon, to help us find accessories that they did not have in stock. We were able to complete our costumes with their help .It was a great experience!
Everything was very cheaply made. Can't try anything on. Was not impressed.
