I bought a Simplicity Canister Vacuum after having had a rather bad experience with a vacuum purchased elsewhere, and the folks here are about as nice as they come. I told Roger, the gentleman who works there, that I use my vac to clean four to five houses a week and I really need for it to last more than a year - that although I don’t roughhouse with it, it IS used frequently. His words were, “Simplicity is a great vacuum and you shouldn’t have any problems with it but if you do, we’ve got your back.” I have had this vac 15 months now but various parts broke before having had it a year. I have it duct taped in 3 places and zip tied (which he suggested) in one place. Each of the three or four times I brought it in, instead of ‘having my back’ his words were, “Well, I’ve never had that happen to our Simplicity Vac before. What did you do?” Although always friendly, I felt as though he thought it was something I could have prevented. At 12 months, when the handle cracked and eventually broke completely - he said once again that, that had never happened and would cost 120.00 to replace. I just could not see spending yet more money on a vacuum duct-taped in 3 places and zip tied in 1. I have since ordered a shark vacuum w a 90 day money back guarantee and for 59.00, have a lifetime warranty. I suppose what I’m saying, is that even though they’re very nice and knowledgeable at Jacks Vacs - the ‘I’ve got your back’ isn’t always in play, even during the first year, and Simplicity Vacs aren’t cheap. I paid close to 500. Possibly, all of this could’ve been avoided at the beginning if I had just asked up front - What exactly does ‘I’ve got your back’ mean.

The owner kicked me out of the parking space because I was “stealing his customers” their was literally no one there. Don’t go there unless you want to get kicked out for stealing someone’s spot that’s empty

Honestly, even the customer service is quite good, the prices are absolutely highly expensive. I had a kirby vacuum that stop working due to the starting switch. I asked the vacuum to be fixed even they told me the price of the switch that were arround 45 bucks, the labor was absolutely expensive, the cost was 59.95 just for the labor.... I think that’s because there is a conservative business
