Customer service was great! Associate greeted me as soon as I walked in the door..I wanted some Swarovski crystals (they are locked up) and they came quickly to get them for me and even helped me to select the right color!

Went into the store to pick up something I bought online. I pressed the button for help about a dozen times. Was standing there for like 20 minutes. The cashier finally came over and asked if I was waiting for something. They then helped me get the stuff I had bought. They mentioned that I should've gotten in the line, but in the past when I have gotten in the line I was told that they couldn't help me there and that I had to press the button. My suggestion is to curbside or just buy inside. I do not recommend in store pickup!
