Very good customer service- friendly cheerful guys behind the counter. I can't believe this place doesn't have better reviews because it's an excellent store and it has so many cleaning products that you would'nt think would be in a vacuum cleaner store. You really need to check this out before you buy from anyone else to see what they have and ask them questions; they know their stuff.
I bought my vacuum here years ago and had a wonderful experience. The staff helped me find what I was looking for, and helped me in a timely manner, as I was in and out in about 30 minutes. For me that experience, was enough for a five star rating, but this place has outdone itself recently. I called yesterday to see about bringing my usually reliable vacuum in to be fixed. The person who answered was nice enough to ask a few questions, diagnose a problem, and walk me through fixing the vacuum right there on the phone. This place is great!
