Out of 16 in Northeast Florida this is the best, from the selection the quality that atmosphere and the cleanliness. Even the person in charge of the kitchen comes out about every 5 to 6 minutes to make sure everything is kept fresh. Sushi Hibachi and dessert they have everything plus Buffet...take the time to come and enjoy

Always love oceans buffet, excellent food, service and cleanliness is top notch. Disposable silverware and to go cups since covid-19 has set in. Gloves, which are provided are required at buffet lines and you must wear a mask while at the buffet line. Overall, very enjoyable despite covid-19 restrictions.
Best all you can eat in Gainesville. Plenty of options. Try to arrive early to get the freshest sushi. Hibachi is delicious. Very cheap price for all you get. But you get what you pay for. You get a sense that the quality could still be a bit better. Wouldn’t stop me from going there repeatedly though! Give it a try
Nice selection of food. Drinks were refilled quickly and plates were taken away quickly as well. Only complaint is a few items we had were cold instead of hot/warm like it should have been.
This was my first time at Ocean Buffet, and it was a great experience. The food was fresh and plentiful, the staff were very helpful, and the atmosphere was clean and nice. The ice cream was delicious as well. We ended up having a family activity here and came here because of the reviews that I've seen. The prices are good as long as you come during the afternoon.
