They do not close at 7 on Monday. The website says 7, google says 7, but they are not open till 7. They are open till 6pm. They need to either close at 7 or change the information they provide. This isn't the first time I've wasted gas to come here and they are closed. Very irritating.

The worst customer service ever I’m my life!!!!! I will never shop with pandora again online or in store and I’m returning the most recent charms I bought and selling off my bracelet because I don’t even want their products on my skin. Horrible people working for their customer service team every person I got transferred to which was a lot, were all rude and never sent me to someone to make a complaint like I asked. U just lost a loyal customer and I will tell everyone I know to stop shopping with you!!!!!!

This Pandora should receive nothing but the highest possible rating. Every time I stop in, whether it's to just look around or to purchase, I am treated so kindly by the associates. They are welcoming and always have a great attitude. On my last visit, I was helped by two lovely associates, Courtney and Natalie who both made very personal connections and gave me great assistance in picking out my jewelry. Not only did they help me pick out a beautiful piece but Natalie even offered to clean the Pandora rings I wore into the store! Above and beyond customer service.

Celeste! There are so many words to describe her. She is approachable, knowledgeable, friendly, has a contagious smile, kind, understanding, friendly, patient, great listener, empathetic etc. She also remembered what I was in for and was able to show me other options I may like that I had not thought about that were more perfect than what I had in mind. I am very pleased with my purchase for many reasons. She went above and below expectations and exceeded my expectations. She was also very kind in letting my husband and son who had purchased some jewelry from there a few days prior show me what they liked for me. If we asked about something she did not hesitate to show me/us. She did allowed me to process and make the right decision for me that best suited my needs. THANK YOU CELESTE!!! You did an incredible job and I have NEVER had this kind of service at a Pandora store ever. I will definitely come back to this location and hope you are still there for a while to continue to help guide me into my themes and my stories for my 5 bracelets that I have.
