Everyone at this Party City was amazing. I went earlier today it was packed (with it being Halloween season) but everyone was working hard to get the line moving. was very impressed with the hard work

The store was busy when I was there, helpful employees and the store was very stoçked with a variety of options. Large parking area for the shopping center with party city kinda tucked in a corner.

My 4-year old age about 10 of the Frootie candies before we realized the majority had rotten black/green spots. Had to toss the rest.

Went for balloons at 11 for a party at 4. Associate was helpful when asked about cost, etc. She filled chosen balloons with helium and told me they were 12 hour balloons. The balloons rode in my back seat for about half hour. By 2 o clock they wouldn't float and were sprawled out on the floor! I didn't have time to go back to the store to exchange them before the party. I've never had a problem before..but super disappointed today!

Walked in the other day for graduation balloons for this past Friday . it was packed full! the wait was a good 20 minutes at the moment. I had people in front me. that was no problem! they help me and took care of me right away once it was my turn! They had the best customer service!! thanks to the store manager DAISY who helped me with my balloon order. I walked out the store pleased!
