If i could give 0 stars i would. Bought a ring and within 6 months it broke where the resizing was done. When i tried to go to get it fixed, they charged me 25. Took them a month to fix, if i hadn't walked in i would've still be waiting. Then like that wasnt enough When i put it on it was a size smaller than originally was. When i tried getting my money back they gave me a big fat no, saying i can ONLY UPGRADE , mind you they were giving me 150 credit for my 500 ring. Horrible experience and waste of my money and time. NEVER AGAIN!! You want to get good quality for your buck just walk right accross to Kay jewelers Thats what i did.
