Sandy's has good quality resale clothing, I will give them that. But I was in there January 2021 and had spent about half an hour picking out quite a few pairs of jeans to try on. I am a size 10-12, which are the largest sizes they carry. I would say that maybe one pair of jeans out of ten will fit me correctly. There is no way I can buy off the rack. At any rate, when I asked where the dressing rooms were, I was told that \due to Covid\, they had closed them, but that I could \get store credit\ for anything I bring back (after trying on at my house!) So essentially, I could take it home, keep it in my house, and possibly get MORE Covid germs on it if I were positive, but I couldn't try something on for less than 5 minutes in the store. And even then, I would only get store credit, possibly having to repeat the whole process again and again until I found what might fit. The enormous inconvenience and the lack of common sense in this thinking will keep me from ever coming back. Boo, Sandy's.

I did a drop off of 1 item. Right now, you don’t have to have an appointment for less than five items. I understand there is a queue, but they took an hour and a half to price my 1 item. That was after I questioned why it was taking so long after the first hour. If an item takes less than 10min to wrap up, why make a customer stand around in store for an hour and a half? I got 3.50 for my item, which I am not complaining about. But you made me wait an hour and a half for 3.50. The store needs a new system for the 5 or less drop offs.
