Don't go there my wife, son and I went and bout 80 dollars wearth of stuff. When we tryed to pay they said that it hadn't went through the bank sent a statement stating it went through they wouldn't give us are items or void the transactions when asked. They laughed and when I said it's not fun the boy behind counter said what you talking to me I'm 23 I'll jump on you. You know your scard. They are very disrespectful and unprofessional. I'm not shore what his name is hers is Laisie. She wanted to argue with my wife and son . The charges where taken out of my account five times and only put back four. So how is it that these two people still have a job with this store. There stealing money from peoples bank accounts and they think it's funny
NEVER GO TO SPIRIT In Gainesville ga at the lake shore mall the employees their never helped me out, they got mad at me for trying on a mask apparently I was damaging there merchandise. The employees are not professional at all they were on there phone the whole time, they called security for no reason just because I was trying out a mask and had been there for to long walking around just try out stuff how I'm I suppose to buy something if I don't try it out first and see if I like it??? There was no damage what so ever I told them to show me the damage and they couldn't come up with anything so the security let me go but spirit is the WORST store I've ever been to.They didn't help me out, they accused me for no reason what so ever PLEASE DONT GO TO SPIRIT especially the one in Gainesville ga at the lake shore mall!!!
