My family and I just spent the afternoon at The Fat Tuscan making appetizers and tarts as a birthday celebration. We had the best time. Everything we made was so good. Step by step directions were given so it was hard to mess up. The staff was friendly and attentitive. Michelle ( chef & owner) was helpful and informative throughout the class. We laughed (and ate) our way through the aftenoon. This is the fifth class I've taken here and somehow each class tops the previous one.

I hosted my son‘s wedding rehearsal dinner there last week and it could not have been more perfect. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place for a special event. From the very first time I contacted the Fat Tuscan to inquire about booking for the dinner, to the end of the party everything was easy, accurate, lots of attention to detail, responsive. The ambience of the Fat Tuscan was warm and inviting. The service of the staff was friendly and efficient and very caring. The food was simply amazing! All of my guests raved about how good it was. And most of all it was zero work for me and 100% fabulous for everybody! It was a relaxed and enjoyable and wonderful evening that will always be a special memory! Thank you Fat Tuscan!!

The Fat Tuscan hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner this past summer, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely amazing, the venue itself was charming and lovely, and the owner Michelle was a delight to work with. From our first meeting with her we knew we had found a gem. We had planned to do the cocktail hour outside in the courtyard, but since we were getting married in Florida in the summer, that day it was pouring rain. The staff made it work no problem though, and the cozy atmosphere inside still allowed for warm conversation and mingling without being cramped. We had about 25 people which worked well with seating guests in the main dining room and two side rooms. The whole night and even since, everyone was asking how we found such a venue and how wonderful and unique the experience was to have the place all to ourselves. I can't overstate the deliciousness of the food, and everything from the music in the background to the table settings made the rehearsal dinner an unforgettable moment in our wedding weekend. My husband and I have since purchased two of the cookings classes and can't wait to spend more time at The Fat Tuscan.

My daughter, age 10, did Chef Michelle's camp this summer and she learned so much from it. She was excited to get there in the morning and didn't want to come home at the end of the day. She is now confident and passionate about cooking, from pound cake to crepes and tomorrow she will make the ravioli they taught them to make! She will be going back next year, that's how much she liked it.
