We stopped in today to get a watch battery installed, and to size my wife’s watch band. Admittedly, these are benign tasks at best. However, the treatment we received was as if we were spending thousands of dollar, not less than thirty. These folks definitely earned our respect and future business! Thank you for your help today. Harrison did an amazing job with my wedding band. I am absolutely in love with it. I wanted something customized that included the color I love (aquamarine) with an artsy design to go along with my engagement ring. He designed perfectly what I had in mind. It took me a while to decide what I wanted but any time I would stop by at the jewelry store the staff was so friendly. Thank you!!

Ron and Juliana took such good care of my boyfriend and I. We came to get our watches sized that we got for Christmas. They made us feel like million dollar customers even though we are not. I will definitely be making this place my regular jewelry store for all my jewelry needs! Exceptional customer service that just came naturally! We just finished having a watchband adjusted and I must say that the staff (especially Juliana) were wonderfully patient and helpful. The Village Jeweler enjoys a convenient location at Butler Plaza 'behind' Whole Grocer so it's easy to find, park and the store is spacious and comfortable.
