Wow what a great store! I had almost given up finding a fireplace grate in Gainesville that would fit my small fireplace but this guy helped me out. They were friendly, gave me good advice, and sold me all the things I needed at a fair price. It's a beautiful store too.

I have a wood burning stove that has been around from home to home & with these moves it had no manual to reinstall in my new home. I had reached out to a local company and they were of no help. I found this company and basically with one email with Kaitlin and her reaching out to one very knowledgeable co worker, Chuck, they had my model figured out & a copy of the manual emailed to me. It is very nice to know some companies out there still value customer service. It has been so long since I have had this kind of fast & accurate service I would highly recommend using this company.
