TWH is the developer for the Finley Woods neighborhood. This company is not trustworthy and breaks promise after promise to its residents. Each year we are promised new, permanent, professional entry signage and an amenities package. And each year we are told either they are \working on it\ or that it will come with the next phase or the phase after that. Please communicate with your residents; please treat us how you would want to be treated.

We've been living in a community, Finley Woods, that was promised for over 5 years to have amenities by Tommy Williams and nothing has been done. You would think by the way the Site Map looks that it's already on the property but NO it's not, and don't believe anything anyone says about when and how its going to happen. They can't even get a real sign made for the property. Just about every homeowner in the community has voiced their complaints about this subject but nothing ever gets done. Yet we are paying our quarterly HOA dues for the last 5 years for said amenities but don't have the amenities. Can someone help us?

Todd and the entire team are attentive and professional, and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Tommy Williams Homes for anyone looking to build a home.

Been living in a new Tommy Williams development since August 2015. We were told that the common area and clubhouse would be completed by Spring 2016. Here we are approaching Fall 2017 and there's still no clubhouse or indication of construction. 2019 update - still no promised amenities. Also, the entrance sign is still the temporary sign (warped and no lighting).
