I am so impressed with the doctors at the Children's hospital. One of my best girl friends grandson was there for a minor thing and they took such good care of him. We are lucky to have this hospital in our town.

While our personal experience with the children's facility is limited, we had occasion to observe and chat with families who all seemed to have a tale to tell. Yes, some had experienced a degree of discontent or or frustration (hey, sick kids are no fun for anybody), they virtually all in agreement that this is the finest pediatric facility around. Offering children's play areas as well as numerous food offerings (Wendy's, Subway, Starbucks, PF Chang's, hospital cafeteria, Opus coffee and tea, vending machines and more), indoor and outdoor dining and relaxation areas, and most importantly a 97.5% great staff, this is probably the place to bring you sick kiddies. Here's hoping that you never have occasion to require their services!

NOT HAPPY WITH THE Children's ER Nurses. They went over broad on something that was an accident. Got child Family Services involved. They lied and made a big deal out of something that they should have just talked to us they would have seen it was an accident. Now we are going threw a bunch of unnecessary meetings and appointments with DCF. There are children out there that they could be HELPING instead of wasting time on a child that is well cared for and LOVED VERY MUCH.

Nurses Here at this hospital lack empathy , hospital is dirty , surgeons and neurologist are great , atmosphere in waiting room looks like a homeless shelter , they pack two children in Very tiny rooms and visitors are NOT covid tested! Unbelievable ! The only place okay is the pediatric ICU unit!

My son was in the hospital the doctors and practitioner are fine not every nurse is bad but he’s had almost every nurse and about 40% were good and respectful others crossed boundaries and everything else. Most of the nurses are lazy be aware I have proof of the laziness that may cost them in long run if they don’t crack down on it. Shouldn’t be lazy taking care of sick babies

I got in a car accident and was cared for here great nurses my brother is still there and is getting better I feel great and the only down side odds how busy they were but that’s understandable and that’s why they got 5/5

This hospital is one of the FEW who truly cares about their patients and employees. It was an honor to have been apart of their team!
