I couldn't be more thrilled with the quality of service I received from Tim in Sales as well as the tech team. They sold me great equipment at an unbelievable price vs. the market. Response times have been faster than any provider I've ever worked with and even though I'm a small-time customer I've been given great attention - if you're looking for support for your business (or even for internet in an RV) look no further than West Networks. Somehow they have nailed great service speed & quality at low prices. Don't know how you do it but keep it up!

Peter and the team at West Networks have done an excellent job at building and managing our server and network infrastructure. They have also done a good job at providing ongoing day-to-day support for our users. Having West Networks manage our phone server and terminal services / Remote Desktop environment means that my team and I can perform our work from any location. That combination of flexibility and reliability is VERY helpful. The West Networks team is professional and courteous. Tasks are tracked and most of them are resolved quickly. And when a support ticket is more involved and takes more time to resolve, they are good at communicating the us about the what they are doing (such as coordinating with vendors of specialized software we use) Thanks West Networks!
