Alex my Salesman was a phenomenal help, not too pushy but let me know the selection and gave good advice. One of the Easiest purchases I ever made. The Jewerly is better than everyone elses.
Spent thousands on a ring and went back to get it sized and the sales associate had no idea what she was doing. On top of that she laid out a bunch of receipts that had the price of the ring right in front my fiancee! Didn't even think to ask if I wanted her to see. Will never go back here.

These people seriously have the ugliest diamonds. To top it, horrible costumer service. Your seriously better off going across the street to the pawn shop. They’ve got way better quality diamonds for half the price.
The attention and the experience I had at Zales was fantastic
Not the place for me. Jewelry is overpriced. Quality is mediocre. Staff isn't friendly or helpful.....in fact, some of the workers are condescending and snooty. There are better quality pieces with nicer people in other stores. I won't be returning.
