Customer service is the worst. If you are a small order, not over 100 expect to get pushed back by a larger one. We got pushed back 4 times. We had to cancel our order, but are now fighting for our refund. It has been over 2 months now and still nothing. They just keep saying they will try to do it. Do we have an update on my refund? We are a small buisness too and this has a great impact on us. There is no reason it should have not been issued within a few days of order cancelation. We wanted to be able to do buisness in the future. We really enjoy using your casks, but if this is the way customers are treated and buisness is done, that will not be happening. Is there a legitimate reason we have not been refunded? Is your buisness in trouble of going out of buisness? Why has this not been done?
