Very reliable and do an amazing job! Quick to reply and help with any technical problems or purchases, We have had two desktop pcs built, (one gaming and one work) both have been superbly done and any help we have needed with them has been given! We have bought multiple laptops and a printer over the years, all of which we can call anytime about to get help with should we need it! The most recent item we have purchased has been a gaming pc, (Matthew is incredibly helpful and definitely knows his stuff, he has always discussed our requirements and suggested alternatives if better suited) the result was amazing with a very powerful full RGB build being done in only a few days! Went in knowing very little and prepared to fork out 80 for what we thought we needed. He must have spend 15mins explaining and being really helpful. Could have made money by selling me extras I didn't need but totally prioritised the service and with his info, I'm now getting decent service from Sky. So glad we went in

My PC broke down so I took it to Linc IT and they gave it a full diagnostic, replaced faulty hardware with brand new parts, and reinstalled Windows 10 for me as my Windows disk had failed. Very professional and kind service, and for a very fair price. Would absolutely recommend!

The guys at Linc IT are great. I work in a phone retailer in store and we’ve always recommended them, but I’d never used their services personally before. I unfortunately smashed the screen of my iPhone 11 Pro Max the other day (heartbreaking I know) Matt (I think was his name) was super friendly and helpful. Said they could order the screen in for next day and get it repaired in 90 minutes. Even after a few hiccups with the first screen, they refitted a new one under warranty which now works perfectly, no issues at all. Price was completely fair and cheaper than most around Lincolnshire. Super happy, and I’m sure if I have any further issues they’ll be happy to help!
