Was originally greeted when entering the store. But as we were shopping various members of staff kept a close eye on us which me and my partner felt very uncomfortable about. Maybe it was because I was still in my work clothes and not dressed for the occasion

The young man outside cleaning trolleys was extremely polite and friendly. We took our trolley and we got our shopping. Had no other issues...other than other shoppers being impatient with a member of staff cleaning after each customer. It's getting boring now...it has too be done...cleaning is now more important than u rushing to get to your next place. Well done marks and Spencer I was impressed and your colleagues need recognition
easy service. the guy on the checkout was nice. I feel like his name was Spencer...? it definitely wasn't Spencer but definitely something like that. he had red hair and a beard? anyway he was very nice!
Quality fantastic only problem was the ques outside but at least they sre trying to keep people safe excellent service lots of choice
Convenient, as we were shopping at Browns,its a very lovely shopping centre with all the shops you need
