Just spent a fantastic week in this beautiful house. It has been beautifully designed and had everything we needed for a very relaxing, luxury break. We loved the hot tub. The best welcome basket ever and an awesome box of langoustines from Terry. We didn't want to come home. xx

We had a wonderful week here towards the end of October. It was a much anticipated and needed break and did not disappoint! The lodge is the most amazing place we have stayed in, every comfort thought about and provided for. We loved the views, the hot tub, the beanbag the beaches, the telescope, the games we could go on and on. Thanks for a fabulous stay and lovely fish!

Spent a fantastic week at Rionnag Lodge in September along with various family members ranging from 6 - 72. As you drive up the track from the "main" road, you are greeted by the fabulous sight of the lodge, perched on the hillside with amazing views of the minch. We quickly entered the lodge for a quick orientation (and to get first choice of bedroom !) and were pleasantly surprised to find a hamper of goodies had been left by Janet & Terry as a welcome gift. The lodge itself is beautifully appointed and finished to a great standard. The floor as you enter the property gives you an impression to the level of detail that the owners have lavished on this property. They have managed to think of everything you might possibly need whilst enjoying a relaxing week, in amazing warmth and comfort in a beautifully remote and stunning location. In terms of nearby amenities you would have to travel to Gairloch village, only about 20 minutes drive with wonderful vistas at every curve in the road. As is typical with early autumnal Scottish weather, we didn't exactly have to slap on the sunscreen, although as a compensation, watching a storm blow across the minch from the warmth and comfort of a large sofa and woodburning stove was more than enough ! This property is perfectly situated to act as a base for exploring the north-west, and upon returning after a day on the hills, or hiking around the beautiful coast, nothing could be better than enjoying a relaxing soak in the hot tub with a nice glass of something chilled.... All in all, a great week spent in a beautiful part of the world, thanks again to Janet and Terry, hope to return again soon. John & Donna

We stayed here for a week in March. A last minute booking and we couldn’t get enough of the view over the North Minch to Skye and Lewis/Harris. Fantastic modern interior with a drop gorgeous outlook. Kitchen has everything you would need and the hot tub was a bonus! Plentiful tea, coffee (Krups bean machine) and the owners dropped in some delicious fresh fish for us one evening. We loved the quiet, local walks, nearby beaches and even if the weather was windy and wet for a few days the days the sun shine the sunset and view from the lodge is jaw dropping. We both said we’d come back for sure. Thanks Terry and Janet - wonderful hosts

Stunning views at this luxury holiday home. Great welcome hamper, fabulous big hot tub and really lovely hosts. Quiet but plenty to see and do if you want to get outside, if you can tear yourself away from this beautiful property. Will definitely come back again. Loved it.

What an awesome Lodge. Breathtaking views, immense tranquility and a first class residence. A very modern and fabulously equipped place. The kitchen has everything you could want from a freshly stocked coffee grinder and maker to a large fridge and large separate freezer. The lounge area is cosy and comfortable with an enormous glass wall where you can just watch the sea, sky and sunsets for hours. A modern feel to the whole decor runs though-out with a bespoke bathroom and a walk in-shower room that are both luxurious in feel; and there are good sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The hot tub is a delight particularly after a long walk. The cliff top walks are incredible and the nearby beaches sandy and empty. The Munros are close by for incredible mountain hikes. The hosts could not be more helpful and so want you to get the most out of your stay. They even texted us to look out of the window so we would see the wild deer looking over the back garden. We so look forward to going back for another visit.
