Can hold up to like 8 bikes if you squeeze things up a bit. The area is really safe so you don't even have to lock your bike. But still do anyways lol, you never know. It is well situated, near CPK, Potbelly, Parking lot, hotel, boardwalk, movies, starbucks, the list goes on. Only thing I'd do is maybe add another bike parking because this one can get full on the wrong day.
