I am very pleased with my service done by Car Source! I hit a deer and was assured that I’d be taken care and Cris definitely followed through. I was updated throughout the process of my car being worked on up until the point it was time for me to pick it up. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new - better than before even! I waited a bit to write my review as not to speak too soon and to be sure things were running smoothly. So far so good :) There’ve been no issues and I even saved money. Dropped my car here on Monday and pick it up Tuesday with great service to my rims on my vehicle the prices were very reasonable and the paint job was amazing
I got into a fender bender, accidentally hitting my friends car. I was looking around to get my car fixed without going through insurance. I was referred to Car Source by a friend and thank god I found them. They quoted me a price that was several hundred dollars less than others in the area. Sam & Mike were super friendly and kept me updated throughout the process of fixing my car. The turnaround time was also very quick. My rear bumper looked brand new by the time they were done with it. Anybody looking to do some body work, I definitely recommend coming to these guys.
Very professional & courteous service! Shawn was quick answering my questions and got me set up with an appointment. The technicians came to me. Jimmy did a great job at repairing the dent & made sure that I was happy with the result. Shawn also offered me a nice military discount, which is very appreciative. This is the kind of service I hope to never need again, but Shawn would definitely be my first contact if I needs dent repairs again in the future. Strongly recommend this service!!
I cannot say enough about Car Source! Mike responded to my text in less than five minutes. I sent him photos of the dent, he sent me a quote, and said a technician could come out to me to fix the dent. I was dreading a repair bill from a body shop of at least 1,000-2,000 dollars, so I was ecstatic to be able to get it fixed for less than 150 (I'm sure the price varies depending on the severity of the damage and the type of car you have, but the difference in getting a dent fixed by Car Source as opposed to a body shop is phenomenal). Plus, I had thought my car would be in the shop for a few days and was so worried about having to pay for Ubers to get around or rent a car until mine was fixed, but Mike assured me that they could take care of it in the parking garage where I live. That alone was priceless! The technician, Will, arrived 15 minutes early, took the time to explain the options to me, and listened to my concerns about possibly having to drill a hole in the car to access the back of where the dent was (tricky location right by the gas tank and on a curve in the car's side panel). He ended up going in through the tail light and spent around half an hour working on it. He went above and beyond and my car looks great! You can't even tell there was ever a dent. Mike, Shawn, and Will saved me a ton of money and angst and I am extremely grateful. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them.
