My overall experience is extremely bad. I love food so I will drive to get good food. My drive to this place is about 2 hours. Food is very good. Not sure about the buffet, but the tamales and arroz con chaufa are very, very good. I went this morning, father's day, to buy some breakfast food for my dad. After all they have advertised this for weeks and it seems good. Yet, I arrive at 9:30 (1/2 hour after they opened) and ordered 5 tamales and 5 sandwiches. There were about 3 families eating, already feed. The waitress tells me that it would be ONE hour before I got my food. Not to sit down, to get any food!!!!!!! Now, assuming the tamales are already made, why not just put them in a container and let me go? Keep in mind these are not cheap. I believe they are about 9 each. So because I had other things to do I couldn't wait the hour and my 86 yo dad was without his breakfast on father's day and I drove 4 hours for nothing. So, although my experience before was good (however service was always an issue), this experience sealed the deal: I am not going back, and if you are counting on reliability or good service, I would not recommend it.

Having lived in Lima, Peru for a few years, I think I know a few things about Peruvian food. I have eaten in most peruvian restaurants in the DC area and on my birthday, my family decided to invite me to have dinner at Cebiche house. For dinner, I chose the mixed ceviche (with two sauces over the ceviche), I also ordered the anticucho. Both appetizers where fair and the flavor was consistent but not great, The portions where small and they where expensive. For a main meal, I had the seafood dish salteado with spaghetti. This was awfull, no taste whatsoever, the seafood was not fresh but rubbery and expensive to boot. I would definetly not recommend this place to anyone. The service was poor, the food was mediocre and at best,my entree was completely tasteless.
Went with my wife to give this place a try....we use to love the old Flor de la Canela that was here...overall I think Ceviche house holds its own when it comes to the Lomo saltado...not bad at all and the service was fast and friendly
I don't even know how is this place still in business?! Or at least they should not have a buffet section if everything it's cold and tasteless. I would never ever go there again.
bad flavor, small size of food, never come back
