1.99 for a smaller papusa that I'm used to up the street (across the high school)at the Salvadoran market which has them for 1.75 and makes them to order from start to finish. This place makes it to order in a sense that they get the raw product and plop it on the griddle as opposed to the other place where they form the patty and filling and then place it on the griddle.
