“My wife had an emergency and needed a tire replaced, I called and spoke to Mike he was patient in my panicked call trying to help my wife while I was out of town. He verified they had the tire and made sure to greet her when she came in. The familiar face in a place we’ve never been was appreciated! I’ve never been a “dealership guy” but I definitely will be now knowing I didn’t get killed just buying a tire and knowing that we didn’t buy the car from Criswell. I appreciate Criswell Chevrolet! I’ll be back!”

Couldn’t have been a smoother experience in fixing my Silverado. Had an issue that I had been going to another Chevy dealer and had a bad enough experience that I wasn’t going to take it back to any dealer. Criswell Chevrolet definitely changed that! Will 100% be back! Friendly staff and didn’t feel taken advantage of expected a premium service and got more than I bargained for.
