We purchased our pool table and a few high game chairs from Great Gatherings Store last November, 2019. We also were using their service to install our pool table. The service in the store was awesome. Manager and sales people were very friendly and helpful. We were deciding to get used table from Market place vs new table from Great Gathering store and they gave us pros and cons about each(new/used) table to get. Of course we went with a new, nice and shiny pool table from their store. We chose a fabric and a color for our pool table. The total package and the price for all of it was great and we got delivered our table less then two weeks and placed in our game room. No issues with the delivery or placing the table. Everything went smooth. Our friends and we enjoy this game room every weekend. Thank you so much for your awesome customer service, great attitude and atmosphere in the store.

I stopped by Great Gatherings in Gaithersburg and was simply amazed by the beautiful holiday decorations they had right when you enter the store... And scattered throughout the entire store! They have great sales on holiday items as well as air hockey tables, pool tables, dartboard's, and foosball tables!!! The employees were friendly and very educated on their products and could provide helpful ideas.
This is such a great store in Downtown Crown! We have purchased numerous items over the past few years and the staff and selection is great! Jay LaMalchaux helped me select and customize a patio set this past weekend and was extremely knowledgable and helpful. I can not wait to receive it and will continue to shop at Great Gatherings!
My family bought a beautiful half-circle set of outdoor sofas and chairs, with weatherproof cushions, with a center granite fire pit table. It is delightful! The granite table serves as a casual place to set drinks and food, and we plan for the grand kiddos to roast marshmallows. Thanks to Jay, our customer rep., for all his help, and for showing us different arrangement possibilities, sketches, and alternatives for finishing our outdoor terrace. I highly recommend this store.

I had such a great experience with Great Gatherings from beginning to end. Jay LaMalchaux was so helpful and very patient. I never felt pressured. I love my sofa, chair and table we bought for our deck. It’s beautiful and great quality. I recently returned to the store and Jay again proved to be wonderful. I received in total 3 50 gift cards that I was able to use for my purchases. Love this store and the staff! Top notch!
Our experience with Great Gatherings was wonderful and this was not the first time we have had excellent service. About two years ago we ordered furniture for our sunroom and it was delivered and we were so pleased that this time we needed to buy patio furniture. Our salesman, Ben King helped us and was able to help us buy a whole new set of beautiful furniture for our new patio. We never thought we could do it but because of his patience and time he gave us, we were able to get everything. What an amazing experience.! We are so impressed with this company and would recommend Ben to everyone who will be looking for any type of furniture in the future!
