My interaction with Hess construction wasn't a good one. One of their superintendent's hit my car with one of their work trucks, admitted to me it was his fault and than admitted on the scene to a police officer it was his fault and now he is saying it wasn't , I hit him, LOL. Police officer states due to a camera capturing the admittal that the Hess guy says yeah I guess it was my fault.....now Hess and their insurance company are saying now that the guy felt pressured to say yes. Mind you before they knew their was a a police video they denied the claim and once I brought this to their attention the Hess employee now remembers saying yes I guess so. This is terrible how they are acting. In a position of leadership in our community building schools with tax dollars they lie when it counts. I will be following through. Thanks.
