So disappointed about this place!!! I wanted to print 3 photos 11 x 15 and I gave the person who was working there all the details. I went the next day to pick them up but I didn’t had time to check them. At home I saw that he printed all 3 pictures on a big white (regular) paper. He said that we can cut them. The pictures were black and white and he asked 60. I am shocked about how unprofessional this man is!!! He didn’t even follow the directions on how to print the pictures. All the pictures have 2 black lines on them (who knows what he was thinking about). So my 60 went directly in the trash! And to add, he was so mean! I didn’t even returned the pictures because I don’t want to deal with that man ever again!

Unless you want to be harassed by the owner and belittled and blamed for everything. Take your film 35mm and 120mm film SOMEHWERE ELSE.

HORRIBLE! I went here to get my camera developed instead of my normal place. I use film cameras pretty often so I know it wasn't my fault. Half of my pictures are so dark you can't even see anything, the other half have white stuff all over them. Will never be returning. Save your money.

My first time going here was today to get a 36 exposure roll developed and scanned. The owner was very kind and accommodating to my needs. I didn't have a thumb drive to upload my scans to, and my laptop doesn't have a slot for CD's (thanks Apple), but he offered instead to send my photos through email. Development was super fast, it only took 15 minutes and then another 30 to scan. Don't pay with credit here if you can avoid it, as it takes 4% of their sale! Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Ruined my 120 film negatives. His machine got jammed and messed them up but I honestly don’t think he cared to get better chemicals or a better processor. Expensive. I have heard stories by many people and how Image Ace messes up their negatives. Please beware and take it somewhere better like Motophoto Bethesda or Pilot Imaging. It’s worth your time and money. Owner of Image Ace has a very short temper and will argue with you if you say he is in the wrong.
