We have been seeing Dr Kiwanuka for 16 years. He is very \one on one\ with this patients and their parents. He explains things so you can understand them. Very kind and calming disposition as well. The waiting room time is long, but worth the wait.

Mister James I heat to do this but I want you to get my message I understand you are busy sometimes and your representative staffs don’t get the message to you I call in a few days ago about a question I have related to my daughter and your representative staff only gave me the ran around by asking me if my daughter have any behavior issues with is not the case Now I called in again and the same person answered my call once again this time I called in for a quick question about if I can give my daughter some pain relief (pepto bismol) and again she gave me the run around I have three kids that you have been taking care off since they were born there is no need for me to drive 40 minutes to get answer to my question we prefer you and recommend to family and friends But at this point I am very disappointed I hope you get to see this review Thank you! The physician gives wonderful service. God bless you. Front desk people need to be more polite and kind to patients. We come only when we are sick and some of us drive a lot of miles because we want this doctor.

The service is amazing, the doctor is kind and excellent. They even put on movies for the children, the parents get to read magazines. The only thing I would have to complain about are the secretaries. They have problems with urgent issues and deadlines. The doctor himself though is very flexible and social.
